What your Gen Z daughter *actually* wants for Christmas 2025
A gift guide curated by an '03 baby
The Beauty Ed® Gen Z, contributor Paloma Sedeno helps us stay in the loop for the sake of our daughters - beauty edition, obviously.
RHODE SNAP ON LIP CASE
Rhode made their now-viral lip gloss holder phone cases a while ago, but they've just revamped the design by making it a MagSafe snap-on situation. This is the perfect gift for someone who can’t be seen without their lip gloss (AKA me).
CYKLAR
If you haven’t heard of Cyklar’s founder, Claudia Sulewski, you’ve definitely heard of her sister in law, Billie Eilish (unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past ten years, in which case welcome back). Currently, Cyklar is only available in the US, but I have heard nothing but good things. They make all sorts of lovely shower gels, oils, body lotions etc. I am (not so) patiently waiting for Cyklar to launch in the UK but, my USA friends can shop here!
SILK PILLOWCASE
Firstly, hello luxury. Secondly, silk pillowcases have a ton of benefits other than looking super chic - antimicrobial properties that reduce acne and anti-frizz technology to keep your hair silky and smooth. Super model alert!
SAIE GLOWY SUPER GEL
I am a BIG fan of glowy skin (much like my fellow Gen Z girls). This Saie Glowy Super Gel can be used as a primer or just on its own for a gorgeous glow - you’ll probably want one for yourself too.
SHARK FLEXSTYLE
We’ve heard about the Dyson Air Wrap for quite some time - and I don’t know about you, but I can’t bring myself to spend £600 on something I probably won’t even be able to use well. However, the Shark Flex Tool is £170, and, based on my extensive research, it is also easier to use. Win-win situation (and fabulous hair).
PHLUR
I don’t know where this brand came from but suddenly Phlur is in everyone’s perfume rotation. So being the nosy girl I am I headed straight to SpaceNK to try them out myself. And one word - YUM. I am yet to try out a scent I don’t like but they do make little discovery sets so you can find your fav.
PATRICK TA BLUSH DUOS
If you search up any influencers GRWM, they’ve probably got a little Patrick Ta Blush set in their bag. They come in such a gorgeous array of colours and pretty much everyone wants to get their hands on one.
EYE PATCHES
I’ve seen the Rhode and Chanel eye patches going viral right now, but you really don’t need to spend a lot on them. These ones from Sephora are reusable and can be used with your favourite product underneath to ensure it absorbs into the skin effectively. Top tip: put them in the fridge for a cooling and depuffing effect!
